ETHNIC CUISINE
Hatam cuisine reflects the traditional flavors of Iran. Our menu offers a large range of authentic dishes including different types of kabobs such as filet mignon, shish kabob, ground beef skewers, chicken kabob, and lamb kabob. We also prepare classic stews served with rice like Ghorme Sabzi, Gheimeh, Fesenjan, and eggplant stew. You can also enjoy a selection of rice dishes with added meat, herbs, or vegetables such as Loobia Polo, Albalo Polo, and Adas Polo. Along with these main dishes, we offer fresh soups, salads, pastries, and traditional beverages.
GOURMET DISHES
Our gourmet selections are made with long grain rice, fresh herbs like mint, basil, dill, and parsley, as well as flat bread and high quality meats. Most plates are prepared with marinated chicken or beef, and at times lamb, using our signature seasoning process. Stews served over rice remain one of the most loved meals, and each recipe carries flavors and techniques that vary from one region to another.
PERSIAN COOKING
Persian cooking follows a detailed, step by step method that often requires many hours to prepare. The result is a balanced mix of herbs, meats, beans, dairy, and vegetables. One of the oldest and most treasured dishes is Fesenjan, a slow cooked stew made with chicken breast, pomegranate sauce, and crushed walnuts. This dish develops a rich dark color and is traditionally served with white rice.
