ETHNIC CUISINE
Hatam cuisine is the ethnic cuisine of Iran. We provide a wide variety of foods ranging from Kabobs (Filet Mignon, shish kabobs, Ground Beef skewers, chicken kabobs, Lamb kabobs), Khoresht (stew that is served with rice: Ghorme Sabzi, Gheimeh, fesenjon, Eggplant stew [Bademjan]), Polo (white rice alone or with addition of meat and/or vegetables and herbs: Loobia Polo, Albabloo Polo, Adas Polo etc.), and different soups,salads, pastries, and specialty drinks.
GOURMENT DISHES
Hatam Cuisine's gourmet dishes usually include long-grain rice , various herbs (mint, basil, dill, parsley), , flat bread, and some type of meat (usually chicken or beef, but sometimes lamb that is marinated with our famous marination process. Stew over rice is by far the most popular dish, and the spices and form of cooking vary by region.
PERSIAN COOKING
Traditional Persian cooking is done in stages, at times needing hours of preparation and attention. The outcome is a well-balanced mixture of herbs, meat, beans, dairy products and vegetables. One of the oldest unique recipes is Khoresht-e-Fesenjon, a stew consisting of chicken breast meat in a rich pomengranate and walnut sauce that yields a distinctive brownish color, most often served with white rice.
